The online booking is personal and non-transferable and will be accepted limited to availability and the period; the number of the booked resource will be assigned by the management taking into account the client's requests; however, if this, due to force majeure or organizational reasons, is not possible, it will not be able to give rise to complaints, waivers or requests for compensation. The signing of this form implies full acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Online Booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To confirm the reservation, the customer will make the total payment of the price of the stay. The payment must be made via PayPal with a credit card on the online booking. In case of non-acceptance of the request by Camping Versilia Mare Srl the payment will be fully refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To confirm the reservation, our acceptance commitment will be sent indicating the period of stay and the amount paid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Any waivers \/ cancellations must be made by written communication to the address holiday@campingversiliamare.it. The amount will be refunded in the following ways: up to 90 days before the scheduled arrival, 90% of the total will be returned; from 89 to 60 days before the scheduled arrival, 50% of the total will be returned; from 59 to 30 days before the scheduled arrival, 30% of the total will be returned; no refunds will be made after these terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The reserved resource will be available from 4.00 pm and, upon departure, must be vacated before 11.00 am. Any delay beyond 24:00 on the day of arrival must be promptly communicated, under penalty of cancellation of the reservation. In case of delays in arrival or early departure for reasons not attributable to the Management (damage-bad weather-illness-theft ...), the payment of the stay is due for the entire booked period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customers must, all (adults, minors and children of all ages) show an identity document for PS registrations Minors can access the Village only accompanied by an adult who stays with them for the duration of their stay, assuming the responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To protect the privacy of customers, guests will be accepted only if previously authorized by the host customer. Camping Versilia Mare Srl also identified with the term "data controller" in the meaning of the current legislation on privacy and therefore the protection of personal data, refers to the complete privacy policy also posted at the entrance to the campsite and warns and informs the interested parties (in the meaning of the current legislation on privacy) and therefore also the customers who in the absence of express authorization, if the interested party and \/ or their minor children and \/ or their guests (it will obviously be the customer's responsibility to alert the their guest) do not wish to be filmed and \/ or that their images are in any way disseminated, it is necessary that they DO NOT participate in the daily events organized by the owner where the audiovisual recording is present or planned, given that the recovery itself will be present and visible on the website or facebook or other social networks or in brochures and the like.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
