Art. 1 - Entrance

It is possible to enter the campsite only if authorized by the Management.

Once arrived, a valid identity document will be required for each guest, in order to complete the relevant legal registrations; at the same time, copies of the document on the processing of sensitive data (pursuant to article 13 of EU regulation 679/2016) and of this regulation will be delivered, both countersigned for delivery and acceptance; otherwise it will not be allowed to enter the structure. 

You will also be asked for the license plate number of the car authorized to park the car and the mobile phone number of the booking contact person or group leader generated by the management software at the time of check-in.

The Customer is required to check the accuracy of the registrations and to promptly report any inaccuracies.

Entry to minors will be allowed only if in possession of the written authorization of the parent or the legally recognized Guardian.

The access and presence of unauthorized persons on the campsite involves the violation of the Public Safety Regulations, art. 614 CP (violation of domicile), of art. 633 CP (invasion of land and buildings), art. 624 CP (theft of services) and the crime of contractual fraud. Access and exit from the campsite is allowed only through the appropriate entrances, it is strictly forbidden to climb over the fences or use the emergency exits located along the perimeter borders.

Art. 2 - Minimum stay

The minimum stay, where foreseen, is indicated in the price list and / or in any promotional holiday packages.

Art. 3 - Variations

The Customer is required to inform the Management of any change in the stay for everything that differs with the booking made or with the registration (check-in) made on his arrival.

Art. 4 - Limits for crews per pitch

It is absolutely forbidden to accommodate more than one crew (up to a maximum of 4/5 people) for each pitch unless otherwise authorized by the Management according to the laws in force.

Art. 5 - Choice and use of pitches

The pitches are assigned by the management and it is not allowed to CHANGE them unless authorized by the Management.

In case of justified necessity, it may be necessary to move to another pitch.

All equipment must be neatly arranged within the boundaries of the pitch.

Cars are not allowed inside the pitches, except for self-tents and those authorized by the Management.

It is forbidden to install accessory structures for Camper, Caravan, Auto-Tent or Tent unless authorized by the management.

Art. 6 - Electrical connection

The electrical connection to the columns on the pitch must be authorized by the management.

It must reflect the defined safety features

by law and more precisely:

• connection cable N1VVK (blue flame retardant) of sect. minimum 3 × 1.5 mm. without conjunctions;
• it is not possible to install external lamps except with IP65 protection degree;
• the earth connection must be present and functioning in each component.

The Management declines all responsibility for connections with faulty cables or equipment, informing that any checks can be scheduled at any time, removing without notice anything that does not comply with what is indicated in detail above.

The power of the electricity distributed by the columns on the pitch is equal to 6 Amp.

It is absolutely forbidden to tamper with the electrical systems in any way.

At the end of each period of stay, the Client must place the special switch in the column on the pitch in OFF mode.

Art. 7 - Camper Service and Water Supply

It will be possible to empty the black and gray water tanks in dedicated areas and in the manner indicated by the Management. 

Art. 8 - Various services

In using the toilets, we recommend the maximum cooperation with a strong sense of civility and education.

It is not allowed to light fires or use open flames.

The waste must be differentiated (organic, glass, plastic, paper and undifferentiated) and deposited in the special bins located in the ecological area inside the parking lot.

Bulky and metal waste must be disposed of at the relevant municipal collection center.

Art. 9 - Arrivals and Departures

PITCHES  

Check-in time : from 12.00 to 14.00 and from 16.00 to 21.30 unless otherwise authorized by the Management;

Check-out time: from 9.00 to 12.00 unless otherwise authorized by the Management; otherwise, the Customer will be charged the cost of another day of stay if there is not already a scheduled arrival on the pitch.

BUNGALOW

Check-in time: from 16.00 to 21.30 unless otherwise authorized by the Management;

Check-out time: from 9.00 to 10.30 unless otherwise authorized by the Management; otherwise, the customer will be charged the cost of another day of stay if there is not already a scheduled arrival on the structure.

Art. 10 - Visitors

Duly registered customers of the Camping are allowed to enter the structure during the day, only after leaving a valid identity document at the reception.

Admission is free only and exclusively for one hour without using the service and recreational facilities, compatibly with the organizational needs of the campsite; any prolonged stay must be authorized by the management upon payment of the relative amount indicated in the price list.

Once authorized, the entrance to the campsite is exclusively pedestrian.

The customer of the campsite who receives visits is required to ensure that their guests have been authorized to enter by the management and is responsible for their behavior within the campsite.

Art. 11 - Animals

The acceptance of dogs and other animals will take place only with the specific authorization of the management.

The owners must keep the dogs on a leash, take care of their hygiene, be in possession of the relevant health book showing the latest vaccinations, accompany them outside the campsite for their physiological needs and in any case use the appropriate tools (brush and bag) for their removal. immediate;

The animals will not be able to access the common services of the campsite in any way and cannot be left unattended or allowed to disturb other guests;

For any damage caused to third parties, full responsibility falls in all respects on the owner of the animal.

Art. 12 - Prohibitions

At any time it is strictly FORBIDDEN to disturb the guests of the camping with reckless behavior or with the use of any thing or activity that could undermine the good living inside the structure.

In particular from 13.30 to 15.30 and from 23.30 to 08.00 must be strictly respected silence.

Customers cannot travel by car, in the reception area, from 10.30pm to 8.00am except in case of obvious emergencies.

The Customer will be assigned a numbered parking space at the ceek-in for the entire duration of the stay at the campsite, therefore it will be allowed to enter the accommodation area by car only at the time of his arrival and relative departure, for unloading and loading. of their own things. Customers can ask to be accompanied to the area reserved for them with the golf car, after making a request at the reception.

From the internal parking you can always enter or exit; during the whole night, while the porter is not authorized to let in those who have not already been registered and will have the right to ask for any valid identification document that the Customer will collect at the Reception the next day.

The Customer is not allowed to park in parking spaces other than the one assigned, even if empty.

Art. 13 - Movement of vehicles

Motorhomes can only travel at permitted times and at a maximum speed of 5 km / h

It is allowed to cycle around the campsite at a reduced speed.

Art. 14 - Children

Children are "very welcome guests" at Camping Versilia Mare which wants to remind their parents to be vigilant and present about their behavior so that there are no problems of peace, safety and hygiene for the other guests.

In the toilets, children must always be accompanied by their parents.

The use of the playground by children is allowed only under the supervision of an adult as well as for the use of the swimming pools as per specific regulation displayed at the entrance to the bathing area.

Art. 15 - Parking of accompanying cars

Parking is allowed inside the campsite only one car per pitch / bungalow in the appropriate numbered spaces; the parking of any additional cars, assessed the possible availability, is paid at a daily cost of € 5.00.

Art. 16 - Various prohibitions

It is absolutely forbidden:

• Throwing waste out of the appropriate containers;
• Digging holes or channels in the ground;
• Cultivate vegetable gardens, gardens, flower beds, or pave the area;
• create boundaries with fences, hedges or other;
• Damage the vegetation;
• Pour oils, fuels, boiling, salty or waste liquids on the ground;
• Wash cars or other vehicles in the field;
• Wash dishes and linen outside the special sinks;
• Wasting or using water improperly;
• Lay out fences, shading tarpaulins, tie or anchor anything to the plants, pull ropes at eye level and install anything else that could constitute a potential danger and hinder free passage;
• Deposit anything under the means of stay and / or Verandas supplied with the Bungalows;
• Use electric heating systems other than those supplied and in any case approved.

Art. 17 - Lost property

The objects found within the campsite must be handed over to the management for the formalities prescribed by law.

Art. 18 - Liability

In using all the sports and leisure equipment inside the Camping, the Customer is directly responsible for any damage caused to his person, to another guest or to the structure itself.

The Management is not responsible in any way for:

• any theft of objects and valuables not entrusted to custody;
• damage caused by other guests, natural disasters, insects, diseases and epidemics (including plants) or any other cause not dependent on negligent management of the campsite and its staff;
• Any interruption of the supply of electricity, water or any other service of the campsite due to breakdowns or causes of force majeure;

For the above, no compensation or reimbursement of any kind is recognized and due.

Art. 19 - Characteristics of the vehicles

Only autonomous means of accommodation suitable for circulation may park inside the campsite, according to the provisions in force on the matter.

Vehicles that do not meet the prescribed characteristics must be removed within fifteen days of ascertaining the violation, by and at the expense of the vehicle owner.

Connections and anchoring to the ground that cause changes that cannot be promptly reversed to the unavoidable mobility of the means of stay present within the outdoor accommodation complex are prohibited.

Art. 20 - Closing periods

The management will communicate at least 60 days in advance, the annual closure periods not exceeding a total of 90 days, with posting on site and through the means of communication used by the structure.

Art. 21 - Expulsion, Removal, Interruption

The management reserves the right to expel those who, in its opinion, infringe the regulation or, in any case, disturb the harmony and spirit of the accommodation, damage the good course of community life and the interests of the accommodation complex.

Customers already expelled will not be able to access the campsite again without a new specific authorization from the management.

The management, in the event that the customer does not remove his vehicle that does not comply with the characteristics prescribed by the regulations in force, will proceed to forcefully remove the unsuitable vehicle and its accessories, charging the costs to the owner.

If at the expiry of the agreed parking period the owner of the caravan or camper does not immediately remove the vehicle from the campsite, the Management declines and rejects any responsibility for custody of the vehicle and can order its forced removal by charging the costs to the owner.

The stay is considered interrupted by law for events of force majeure or by order of the competent authorities or for any need for structural changes.

Upon the occurrence of one of the aforementioned conditions, the customer will be entitled only and exclusively to a refund of the fees already paid for the period not enjoyed at the campsite.

Art. 22 - Variations

Any changes to the regulation will be communicated with a notice on the bulletin board and will have immediate validity.

Art. 23 - Cancellations and Refunds

For all bookings received (online from the site or direct via email) any waivers / cancellations must be made by written communication to the address holiday@campingversiliamare.it. The amount will be refunded in the following ways: up to 90 days before the scheduled arrival, 90% of the total will be returned; from 89 to 60 days before the scheduled arrival, 50% of the total will be returned; from 59 to 30 days before the scheduled arrival, 30% of the total will be returned; no refunds will be made after these terms.
